2D Profiling and 5-axis profiling. 
The cutter preview is now controlled by the render mode in Rhino. If the render mode is wireframe or shaded, the cutter preview will be in the same render mode as all other objects in Rhino.



5-axis Drivesurface.
If a drive surface is missing when using the recalculate function, the user will be prompted to select a new drive surface. (5Xtra)
